What Sets Us Apart

Tailored Therapy

We utilized multiple therapeutic methods tailored to your needs. Our therapist has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic methods, psychodynamic theories, solution focused therapy, and strength based approaches. Online therapy is tailored for you, when you need it.

Importance of Therapeutic Relationships

We believe the most important key to the success in your therapy is your relationship with your therapist. We value the therapeutic relationship, and do whatever we can to make you feel comfortable in the space. It’s also why we provide our intake sessions at a discounted rate. Before starting regular therapy, we want to ensure that you have a good connection with your therapist.

New Jersey Based

Our therapists are born and raised in NJ. You are working with someone who has an understanding of your life, not someone who is 2000 miles away. Your therapist is also someone who will be located in the same state as you.
