We currently offer individual therapy sessions for adults (18+) virtually through a secure HIPAA compliant platform.

At this time, we offer a free 10 minute phone call consultation. We are in network with some insurances, and we encourage you to reach out to your insurance to verify your copay and deductible.

Our out of network rates are $150 for the intake session. Afterwards, all sessions are $175 for 50 minutes.

Any paperwork or letter requests may be subject to the hourly rate of $175 per hour.

Any session canceled within 24 hours of your appointment is subject to a $75 fee.

If you decide to move forward, we will schedule you with an initial intake to discuss your history as well as your goals for therapy. Sessions will then be scheduled at your and your therapists discretion.

We have sessions available Monday-Friday, with limited weekend availability. We currently have morning, afternoon, and evening hours available.

This is really up to you and your therapist! We recommend starting out at least biweekly, however, many clients prefer coming at least once a week. We are here to meet you and your needs.

We understand that life happens. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours is subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Any adult located in New Jersey is able to receive virtual telehealth services.

Yes. We currently are in network with some UnitedHealthCare plans, and Oscar Health. Please reach out to your insurance to verify that we are in network, and confirm your copay and deductible.
