We currently offer individual therapy sessions for adults (18+) virtually through a secure HIPAA compliant platform.
Other services included professional supervision for associate therapists, and workshops. Please contact us for more information.

At this time, we offer a free 10 minute phone call consultation. If you decide to move forward, the first intake session is $100 for 50 minutes. Afterwards, all sessions are $150 for 50 minutes.
Any paperwork or letter requests may be subject to the hourly rate of $150 per hour.
Any session canceled within 24 hours of your appointment is subject to a $75 fee.

Getting started is simple. Schedule a free phone consultation today using our “Get Started” button, or by contacting us.
If you decide to move forward, we will schedule you with an initial intake to discuss your history as well as your goals for therapy. Sessions will then be scheduled at your and your therapists discretion.

We have sessions available Monday-Friday, with limited weekend availability. We currently have morning, afternoon, and evening hours available.

This is really up to you and your therapist! We recommend starting out at least biweekly, however, many clients prefer coming at least once a week. We are here to meet you and your needs.

We understand that life happens. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours is subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
