In order to provide more personalized, flexible care that protects your privacy, we are an out-of-network provider and do not work with insurance directly. This way, we can tailor therapy to your needs rather than face restrictions put in place by insurances. We are able to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance.

Intake Session
$100
We believe the most important aspect of the therapy process is your relationship with your therapist, which is why we offer our intake session at a discounted rate to ensure a great fit. Intake sessions are approximately 50-55 minutes.
Therapy Sessions
$150
At this time, we are an out-of-network provider, and do not work with insurance directly. We are able to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
Payment Options
We currently accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa, as well as payments through Zelle, Venmo, and HSA and FSA accounts.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment through email or text message in order to avoid the cancellation fee. Any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your set time is subject to a $75 fee.
